Lam Tin to Tseung Kwan O Road Tunnel Work
Supplied an EFNARC Certified Nozzleman and specialist equipment for the excavation & Shotcrete Application in the Main Tunnels.

Shatin to Central Link (1109) Leakage Repair in Tunnel
Supplied a team of specialists and equipment for Polyurethane Grout Injection over a 6 month period with LT Sambo and Samsung at To Kwa Wan MTR Train Station.
Completed November 2019
Shatin to Central Link (1112) Demolition & Grouting Repairs
Supplying specialist equipment & personnel for demolition using specialist methods, Back Grouting, Concrete Repair, and Polyurethane Grout Injection. Also diving works to remove concrete bulkheads.
With Leighton Asia and China State JV.

South Island Line East (901) Shotcrete
Supplying specialist equipment & personnel for the management of Excavation and Ground Support. Provided Shotcrete Training and lead a team of 25 throughout the project.

Carry out Shotcrete Training for operators and providing Supervision for Leighton Asia.

MINING PROJECTS
Shotcrete & Shaft Services
Supplying specialist equipment & personnel for Shotcrete Application during the construction of 2 shafts. Included EFNARC Training of local workforce and skills transfer.

Ecuador - Soft Ground Tunnelling, Excavation and Stablisation
Supplied specialist teams to excavate and support two 75m tunnels through soft ground. T&M provided Management staff.

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION Projects
Philippines - Water Transfer Scheme & Slope Stabilisation and Tunnelling
Supplying Shotcrete Services and EFNARC Training for Manila Water. This project marked the first time any robotic wet sprayed shotcreting has been done for slope stabilisation in the Philippines.

Multiple Stations
T&M Specialists provided Materials, Equipment & Personnel to carry out Utility Surveys, Erection of FSD Fencing, Excavation using state of the art Vacuum Excavation methods and Drilling of 4 Bore Holes using a specially fabricated Drill Mast on a rubber tracked excavator.
T&M Specialists were also responsible for disposal of any soils and/or waste materials in an environmentally safe manner pending characterization.

T&M Specialists provided Materials, Equipment & Personnel to carry out Utility Surveys, Erection of FSD Fencing, Excavation using state of the art Vacuum Excavation methods and Drilling of 8 Bore Holes using a specially fabricated Drill Mast on a rubber tracked excavator. These bore holes were used as sampling points for any contamination.
T&M were also responsible for continuous well monitoring and sampling of each hole for the next 3 months. These holes were then decommissioned, backfilled and then reinstated to their original condition by T&M personnel
T&M Specialists were also responsible for disposal of any soils or waste materials in an environmentally safe manner.

Soil Remediation
T&M Specialists completed turn-key cement stabilization/solidification of metals (Pb) contaminated soil during concurrent demolition of a landside site at Hong Kong International Airport.
Pilot testing was undertaken to determine the ratio of soils: cement : additives: water to facilitate full scale treatment.
A mixing pit was excavated and lined with waterproof membrane and excavated soils screened to removed oversized particles. Screened soils were returned to the pit and mechanically mixed with the required proportions of water and additives by an excavator.
Validation samples were cured in test cubes and subject to HOLKAS accredited materials and leachate tests to confirm remedial success. Treated soils were finally crushed and sustainably reused as fill within the Site.
